This is a an unusual fajita recipe to be sure.  While not strictly Mexican it is delicious and satisfying.  Personally, I substituted lime for the fresh lemon and added fresh ground pepper (to taste).  I also add red, green and yellow peppers as well I use chicken breast instead of thighs.  As always, I like to say you should try it once and then experiment to make the recipe yours.  That is where the joy of cooking comes in.
